Update 0.1 - Trade & Travel

Update 0.1 for Oofgates by Shadowfast12/Zach Baumann

Added a trading feature with a 'goods shop' in different towns that sells and buys items from other towns. When traveling, you will either encounter mischief to steal your cargo or a peaceful trip. Selling items from different towns increases the price:

There were also some minor bug fixes with the casino and a fighting mechanic.
